Hi everyone,
i have successfully installed the optimization studio and started reading the training material and first thing i faced is when using the dynamic help every time i try to use it it crashes the software completely.
Steps to replicate problem:
Open Optimization studio --> Help --> Dynamic Help --> Click on any of the topics presented it then crashes the program .

Does anyone have any idea to why it is doing that and if what i provided is not enough to analyze the problem can you please guide me to what files i should go through to analyze the reason behind the crashes.

What version (did you install any fix pack?) and on what operating system are you working (Windows XP? Windows Server 2008? 32-bit? 64-bit?) ?

The dynamic help works fine for me.

Just found the solution just in case anyone runs to the same problem. It was all because of kaspersky internet security 2011 i have installed it seems to have been blocking the application. Anyways disabling kaspersky fixed the problem.
