Hi Richard,
I haven't looked at the Windows installation, but using a Linux environment, it only take 10 to 15 minutes to have a Jupyter Notebook up-and-running.
Basically you only need 3 steps:
1 - Install a docker on your environment (and start the docker software)
2 - Install Cognos Jupyter (install - next - next - next - finished :-) )
3 - Start the install script (outcome of the Cognos Jupyter installation)
After this you have a running Jupyter Notebook environment.
You can combine a Windows Cognos environment with a Linux Jupyter Notebook environement.
If you have any question, don't hesitate ask.
Kind Regards,

Thanks @Michiel Veenstra,
Sounds like a lot of of steps needs to be taken and several components needs to be in place before the actual install.
Let us know how it goes.

Does anyone know if the latest release of Cognos supports Jupyter Notebook on Windows?
Thanks!
