  • 1.  Document stuck in TN Public Queue

    Posted Fri November 26, 2010 07:17 AM

    Hi All,

In our production scenario, we could see some times, TN Transactions are getting stucked in Public queue.

If we resubmit those transaction from TN console, it flowing again through same public queue and processing fine without any issues.

This issue happening 20 out of 1000000 documents everyday.

Our TN Public queue interval is 100 seconds.

    Environment : WM6.5, SP2, Latest TN Fix: TNS_6-5_Fix57

Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Do documents get processed normally when you observe the problem? or do all of them get piled up?

what does service associated with public queue do? you can try disable/enabling the scheduler

Yes. some of the document only get stuck.

what does service associated with public queue do?
EDI Batch (we used inbuilt service only… no change in it)

you can try disable/enabling the scheduler
We will try this option and let you know.

Try bump up the IS threads also and it should resolve the scheduler stuck some times!..
