We've been SSO enabled for-
ever quite-a-long-time.
Ever since R12.9 upgrade, our users are having to enter their email address to log on to our Apptio instance.
This wasn't the case prior - users would just be logged in straight to CT landing page, or whatever other report URL they launched. It makes for a very frustrating user-experience ... having to re-enter email each time they need to access Apptio (or get timed-out).
We are working with Apptio Support to resolve this. I'm keen to know if anyone else is facing this issue, or if you did and have addressed it now.
