    Hi Akhil,

An important and good source of information when doing upgrade is the Empower site which you can access by going to:

    https://empower.softwareag.com/Products/Documentation/default.asp

    Upgrade Guide:
Home > Products > Documentation >Main Product Areas >webMethods>webMethods Product Suite, Adapters and eStandards Modules >Documentation Library>webMethods Product Suite 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 (includes Designer 7.1.2 and 7.2) >Documentation by Product>Upgrade Guide

Readme (contains usage notes, known issues, and fixes and enhancements in a release)
Home > Products > Documentation >Main Product Areas >webMethods>webMethods Product Suite, Adapters and eStandards Modules >Documentation Library>webMethods Product Suite 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 (includes Designer 7.1.2 and 7.2) >Documentation by Product>Readmes and Enhancements and Fixes>Integration Server 7.1 SP3 Readme

    OR

→ If you have included the Documentation during your webMethods installation, you can get the documentation from directory: <webMethods7.1.3-Home>_documentation

And under the same directory, to quickly see the documentation outline you can launch the _webM_Documentation_Library.html

    AND
    You can always visit http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/

Hope this helps find the solution, otherwise what specific errors are you getting?

    All the best,
    MAC
