    i try to create a company wide guideline for Service development in webMethodsSuite. Are some offizial general documentes to this topic avaible? e.g. some Best Practicse Hints for the Developer, basic statements to reusability,

    You may try the GEAR 6.5 Developer’s Handbook available at Advantage. It is somewhat outdated, but I think it is still useful. There are also plans to release a new version of GEAR very soon, and I think this document will be updated.
