Designer service development problems

    Hello,
    i am a new Wm developer i am using the designer to create new services in the designer 8.2.
    i installed the integration server and my webmethod server.
    when i enter the designer and select the service development icon
    nothing happens no packges are loaded and the service development icon in the eclipse dosent look correct there is no proper icon,
    i tried to enter into the window → perferences → softwearAG and choose an integration server but i have no options in there

    ithink the installation is corrupt but my services start with no problem

    please help me…

    thank you for your reply, i fixed the problem by uninstalling the web method server with revo uninstaller and reinstalled and now the designer works.
