We are using IS 6.1 as well as Deployer. What is the recommendation for dynamically changing the database name from Dev to Test for the adapter notifications? Using Deployer to change the JDBC connections from dev to test but do not see an option for changing the adapter notifications. Also, the table names in adapter services.

The notifications are tied to a given connection name. As long as you have the same connection on both environment, you should be ok.
