Delivery methods defined in partner profile not picked up by processing service

  • 1.  Delivery methods defined in partner profile not picked up by processing service

    Posted Tue February 11, 2014 11:31 AM

    Hi all,

There are couple of issues with trading networks.

    1. Delivery methods defined in partner profile not picked up by processing service

[TNS.0005.4027W] An exception occurred invoking a processing service for document . The processing service was xxx, and the original error message was: com.wm.lang.flow.FlowException: No HTTP or HTTPS transport found. Cannot deliver message.

Two delivery methods(Primary & Secondary HTTP) have been defined in the receiver profile. But still above error is thrown whenever a partner is sending to this partner.

    1. TN Console is behaving wierd, like there is no Enable trading partner logo(the bright bulb) even for a profile which is inactive. For some profiles it is visible, most profiles it is not visible. We only can disable profile from TN, not enable.

    Your inputs are greatly appreciated.

    Regards/Venkat

First what is your TN version?

1.Two delivery methods(Primary & Secondary HTTP) have been defined in the receiver profile. But still above error is thrown whenever a partner is sending to this partner. → Out of those 2 methoids which is set check mark "Use as Preferred protocol?

2.I believe there should be some conflict in your TN configuration or DB side issues on the enable/disable issues…

Also IS your IS/TN running in a cluster and also what TNS fix level are you on?

    HTH,
    RMG

Thanks rmg for your prompt response.

    wM version is 7.1.2.

    1. Primary HTTP is the preferred protocol
    2. Please provide more information about checking conflicts in DB. I’m able to see status in DB tables same as what is in TN.

This IS is not clustered and TNS fix version is TNS_7.1.2_Fix12.

    Hi Venkat,

Can you please capture the BizDoc and share with us?

    1. Do you have processing rules invoking same service? or mismatch in processing rules? Thoroughly check the processing rules and their order.

    2. Did you apply path/fix recently?

    Thanks,
    Rankesh

    Hi,

Pleas guide me in capturing the bizdoc.

I don’t think there are any other processing rules invoking the same service. NO recent fixes/patches applied too. Is there anything that needs to be checked from DB side?

    @Venkat,

Please let me know how you are pushing data to TN?

Increase the logging level of TN : Settings > Logging > Edit Server Logger Details > Trading Neworks > Document > Trace.

Is there any change in DB? Any patch at DB?

    HTH.

    Thanks,
    Rankesh
