Delimeter flatfile - Validation of field lengths?

    Hi Experts,
    I have a requirement where I need to validate the file, its a pipe delimeter. So, when I validate the flatfile schema I need to make sure that the fields are in the right lengths?. I mean, if a field is defined as 10 …but in the flatfile if they send 12. we should reject the file.

    How can I achieve this. I have only done validation of flatfiles but not its lengths for a delimeter files.
