Attached please find the series of errors users are seeing when try to use the scanner.

Your scanner mfg should come with a scanning application using twain driver.  See if that works.
The error seems to be related to the shortcut key.

Grant scan shortcut for access to scan.  Perhaps it's this.

We do not use TWAIN drivers instead ISIS drivers. 

Does that change anything? 

We were able to eliminate the shortcut key messages and now getting unhandled exception message.

Hello Yasir,

Yes there's a difference between ISIS vs Twain.  For starter there's  a big change on ISIS but since you are still in 9.15  that should be okay. 

Note: do not user any VRS ISIS driver.  It's best that you install the scanner MFG software and test scanning.  If the manufacture with that ISIS driver, Datacap piggy back off the ISIS driver for scanning. 

Using isisscan or Twain panel as oppose to Vscan

In tmweb, setting,  for Vscan under Datacap Desktop you need to change the TravelDocs panel to DotScanPanels.ISISScan
Default is DotScanPanels.VScan

for Twain it's 
DotScanPanels.TWAINScan
for ISIS scan it's 
DotScanPanels.ISISScan
