Hi,
I created a rule to mask data for one of the column SSN, created policy with data protection rule and published. I added collaborators to the Catalogue as Viewer, Editor and Admin. Data preview is not available when the users trying to access the data assets, but in profile that particular column is Protected, masked. Attached screen shots for reference.

Hi Rajni,

As the Data Owner of the Assets, you will see everything.

When you login as a non Data Owner, depend on the "access provided" you may encounter the following -

1. See all the data
2. See only the masked data
3. Cannot see anything.

Are you using the WKCaaS or the WKC on CPD software?

If the assets is in project, you control the access via project.

If you publish to Catalog, you need to grant the Assets permission at the Catalog.
