Hi all

We've recently moved from on-prem to cloud Cognos Analytics and one of our dashboards is playing up.  When it first loads it throws an error saying: The data preparation for "XX" was not successfully completed, XX being the package name.

The package is fully validated and error free as tested by created a new simple dashboard using the same package.

I tried relinking the package in case it was in a bit of a tiz with moving to cloud, but when I do this the error persists and the selected sources is now a blank space with the red error icon next to it.

I've looked at the spec of the dashboard using ctrl+/+q but nothing is jumping out as obviously wrong.

Any ideas please?  REALLY don't want to rebuild the whole thing.

Check the data source connections are properly configured and accessible in the cloud environment. Sometimes, the connection settings can be different, and updating these might resolve the issue.
