Hi everyone!
I'm just a begginer in Cognos Analytics and make my first steps here, and i need your help. I need to save my dashboard as pdf but when i make all steps (share, export) is writting on the screen that pdf file is building and after the dialog window for print doesn't open. In browser print settings the microsoft for pdf is installed as a default printer, i tried in different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla) in Windows and in IOS operational systems(Safari) and the same situation is everywhere.
I would appreciate any suggestions how to resolve this situation.

Hi Svetlana,

jus a small hint: I know that there are some bugs in generating PDF files in Dashboards depending on Cognos version and the language setting of your Cognos session. Have you tried it with plain English?
