Can you add screenshots to explain what you are trying to achieve and what your object structure looks like - basically it should just be a case of displaying DOCINFO data based on a relationship using DOCLINKS.
So if you look at the relationship in the WORKORDER object for DOCLINKS you will see how this pulls in the documents from Locations, Assets, Job Plans etc
If you are wanting to create your view in the Locations application then your relationship will be similar but include Workorder, Assets and maybe others depending on what you decide
