    IS clustering is possible and can be achieved using Terracotta server.

    I believe, Yes you can copy the entire IS folder to other server (OS) but make sure the OS paths remain same (replica) on the other server that you are moving, so you don’t have to deal all the mess with the miss path’s deep inside the IS home and common folders files etc…to keep the IS running smoothly just keep in mind of that and also if the IS ports/DB access going to be changed per the needs or sort of things…
