    Go to Google and search for pseries performance report
    The result at the moment is
    http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/p/hardware/reports/system_perf.html

    but this website gets reorganised regularly so the search is best.

    This includes the MHz/GHz of this processors - note that some have have more than one speed.
    This report also includes all the older CPUs/models and the rPerf ratings for machines.
