I don't know how to do that but I think you better ask for this on a Visual Studio for Mac forum since it seems a more general thing that is not directly related to CPLEX.

Also, I am not sure how well running CPLEX C# on Mac will work. It works fine with mono on Linux, so I guess you have good chances on Mac as well, but I never tried that.
