Dear Sir,
i'm using currently CPLEX on my own computer under the academic licence agreement. I would like to run simulation on a shared cluster: https://www.vscentrum.be/en/hpc-for-academics . Can I also get a licence for that purpose?
Regards, Damien
The terms of the Academic Initiative license are available at https://developer.ibm.com/academic/docs/legal-agreements/august-2016-academic-initiative-program-agreement/. I could not find anything in these terms that restricts where you can install CPLEX.
The previous terms were clearer on this topic, and they explicitly allowed to install the software on as many computers as you want. You will find the details at https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/forums/html/topic?id=b0fda3d6-aa2f-4e1e-9a6e-9c0240aed566#04a0ab7e-8c77-4530-a47c-3a75060add89.
