IBM Business Analytics

I am trying to follow the instructions for creating contacts for located here:

Creating contacts

however, I am unable to locate "Manage > People > Contacts." The only tab visible to be under "Manage > People" is "Accounts"

Are there some other steps I need to take before I can create contacts? Is there a better way to share dashboards, or add specific users to groups? Thank you

This option is not available in with all Cognos Analytics offerings (for instance, Cognos Analytics trial):
