I now have a handful of users who are reporting that contacts that they have entered
only in the native Apple contacts app are getting deleted. The only thing in common that we can find is that the entry is "similar" to an entry that would come from their work contact (Outlook) files. For example, one user HAD an entry in the native contact app on her phone for one of her district directors. This was a personal entry that included such things as birthdays, spouse, kids names, home address and phone, etc. There was (and still is) the entry that is coming from Outlook via MaaS 360 from our Active Directory listing which of course doesn't include any of the personal information. We are unable to explain why, how or if MaaS 360 deleted the entry. She has lost several dozen other entries as well. Fortunately she is backed up to iCloud and could restore the entries but only to have them be deleted again. Our environment if very "vanilla", only company provided devices, only Apple products so perplexed why everyone isn't having the same issue as well as why it is happening.
