    Hi!

    After restarting DataPower, the critical hardware indicator switched on.

    the server did not start.

    The console port is no longer available.

    help to solve the problem

    1. The most simple and effective is to raise a support case with IBM via https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/
    2. What does the blue LED panel on front say?
    3. What is the status of the PSUs on the back?
    4. Are you able to establish Serial Console connection with another box? (to be sure your cabling is good)
    5. Have you tried to physically reboot? If that didn't help, did you remove the power cables for 5 minutes and then tried again?
    6. After answering these questions you are possibly back at #1, so go that route directly.

    1. We have no support contract.
    2. "Data Power"
    3. Status is ok. Green lights.
    4. Yes, we tried on jy another DatatPower console.
    5. Yes. Yes.
