    Hi all,
    i have installed CentraSite on windows 2008 R1.
    after installation when i tried to login with the ADMINISTRATOR and keep getting this error:
    Connection handler com.centrasite.control.login failed to establish connection.
    Plug-in com.centrasite.control has been disabled.

    help anyone… :frowning:

    which version did you install?
    Win2008 is supported with 8.2 upwords.
    Also note that in 8.2 FCS the default credentials are the one of installation user. 8.2 GA will switch to an internal authentication mechanism with Administrator/manage.

    CentraSite 8.0 is only supported on Win2003/XP. Win2008 is supported with 8.2.

    Version 8 is using the local OS for authentication, so the installing user will become the CS administrator. Is “ADMINISTRATOR” your windows user?

    yes it is;
    i have entered my AD user (administrator) and it password.
    and keep getting this error:

    This could be a number of issues. What version are you actually running - 8.0, 8.1, 8.2? Have you verified that your CentraSite Registry/Repository is active? This can be confirmed from System Management Hub.
