    Dear All,
     
    i have a problem in testing connection to my database using Datacap Application Manager, i know that the problem come from my datasource but when i check ODBC i didn't find my datasource is there another place to check my datasource except odbc? 
    FYI i use windows server 2016.

    Hi Fred,

    Please could you review this page:

    From your screenshot it looks as though you're connecting to an Oracle database. Do you have the Oracle Client installed?

    The documentation states, "...For Oracle, the Oracle client must be installed on any computers that communicate directly with an Oracle database..."

    If the Oracle Client is installed, are you able to connect to the database using the Oracle Client outside of Datacap?

    Shaun is right.  Be sure it's the 32 bit Oracle client install.  NOT the x64.

    Create a ODBC and test the connection.
