Allowing incoming calls on the port requires action at the HMC in the remote support menus, and it's designed to be on a per-call basis. Plus, getting a corporate security team to approve a modem on an HMC, especially for incoming calls, is virtually hopeless. If you are allowed to dial into your corporate network through a VPN, you should be able to open a WebSM session remotely assuming the open network of the HMC is accessible from the corporate intranet.
