    Hi,

I’m trying to connect eclipse to centrasite activesoa but I keep having the error below. I’ve tried to copy-paste the url into the browser and it works fine, showing a xml message. I’ve also checked in the preferences for the centrasite connections definition and when I test it there, it works fine!

    Causes:

    java.net.UnknownHostException: http://WIN-5BJ9DGE3NV4:53305/CentraSite/CentraSite

    Stack Trace:

    java.net.UnknownHostException: http://WIN-5BJ9DGE3NV4:53305/CentraSite/CentraSite

    Hi,

I just noticed that in my installation when I go to the “Centrasite Control site” at http://host:53307/PluggableUI/Control I have this message saying that my edition is “Centrasite community edition”.
Can this be problem? Is it possible to connect the Eclipse plugin for centrasite to the Centrasite Community edition?

    Thanks
    Bruno

    Hi Brunu,

the Eclipse Plugins also support Community Edition. Did the hostname/ip of your PC change since installation?

    Hi,

the problem was related to the hostname resolution.

    thanks
