Cognos for Microsoft Office 11.0.0 can be used with Cognos Analytics 11.2.4?

    Hi,

    I am looking for information on Cognos Analytics for Microsoft Office (license and download).

    We are using Cognos Analytics 11.2.4.

    It appears that Cognos Analytics for Microsoft Office is free for existing Cognos customers.

    But I could not find Cognos Analytics for Microsoft Office 11.2.4.  Does such a version of plug-in exist?  If not, can I use an older version 11.0.0 that I can find?

    Also, if anyone knows whether IBM will retire Cognos Analytics for Microsoft Office after Cognos Analytics version 12.

    Hi, 

    You are mixing up the products.
    Since 11.2 it's either called "IBM Cognos for Microsoft Office" for the office integration plugin or
    "Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel" (formerly known as "IBM Cognos Analysis for Microsoft Excel").
