Cognos Analytics Error - SRVE0190E: File not found: /keys/Glass/installMode

    Cognos Analytics ​Error Message Cognos 11.0.9

    All of a sudden after a server restart we are getting this message when launching Cognos Analytics.

    Installation Information Error
    A failure occurred while retrieving the installation environment. Some features may not be available. The root cause is the following: Error 404: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /keys/Glass/installMode

    cogserver.log has this

    2020-08-20T10:19:07.758-0400 ERROR com.ibm.bi.platf.commo.web.filte.AsyncFilter [Default Executor-thread-22989]    NA       java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /v1/identity

    Prior to the restart we were getting these messages

    This site says …
    Hal Resource load failed: the server request failed: 404 - not found
    URL: v1/reports/startupconfig
    error 404: javax.servlet.servletexception:
    java.io.filenotfoundexception: srve0190e: file not found: /v1/reports/startupconfig

    followed by error

    capabilities request failed. the server request failed: 404 - not found
    URL: v1/reports/capabilities
    error 404: javax.servlet.servletexception: java.io.filenotfoundexceptions:
    srve0190e: file not found: v1/reports/capabilties

    Did the following and it corrected these errors. still having some issues but the listed errors are corrected

    c:\windows\system32>iisreset /restart  ​
