Cognos Analytics and email marketing software

    For an online store, email marketing software (like Omnisend) is connected with website/e-store. So how does Cognos Analytics fits into such use cases? Is it not that dashboard of the email marketing software will be the better place to track data and statistics such as which customers abandoned cart and percentage of cart abandonment?
