I hate to answer a question with a question, but what kind of cluster are you talking about: HACMP? RSCT Peer Domain? Managed RMC domain (i.e. CSM)? Tivoli System Automation manager (SAM) cluster? and there's probably some more here like PLM or such that I'm sure I've missed...
