One of the solutions I'm thinking of, is creating a four nodes cluster, and having resource groups affected the same way as today, and adding an inter site dependency. But that implies braking the cluster actual configuration, and that implies having a "site" definition too, inside HA.

So, I would like to have your opinion on that solution

1) is  that solution is viable ?

2) is there a better (simpler?) way to do it ?

I think that your new solution suggested is the best solution for what are you needing.

You need to be care with this new configuration. All resource groups in a same site dependency set must have the same Intersite Management policy but might have different startup policies, fallover policies, and fallback policies. If fallback timers are used, these must be identical for all resource groups in the set
