Hi all,
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue today, impacting IBMid services which affected the ability for users to authenticate into Planning Analytics for a short period of time. The issue has been resolved and users can log in normally.

So I'm told this is a system-wide outage by IBM and they're working on it. The actuals TM1 instances look to be fine, but that's a bit useless when you can't actually log on to them. IBM seem to have a systemic problem with IBMId, as I think all but one of the outages I can remember in the past year or two are related to outages with IBMId. This seems to me to be one of those "really, you had one job" things.

We're getting a widespread error for all users attempting to log into the cloud. Anyone else having the same issue. We've raised a ticket.
