    Hello Everyone,

    Are there any courses on chatbot development using IBM Watson Assistant other than this one?

    In the certificate of this one, it is mentioned that this course is level 1, and I can not find any other courses or levels.

    Hi Abdelrahman,

    I would suggest looking over the courses on the Watson Academy: https://ibm.com/training/watsonacademy

    Specifically, there are two courses related to bots.
    Watson Assistant Foundations (https://learn.ibm.com/course/view.php?id=4329) is about creating a bot quickly and easily, and goes into some details about important design decisions. Although the course is due for an update to bring it in line with the latest interface, the principles have not changed and will help regardless of the technology.

    Designing Conversational Solutions (https://learn.ibm.com/course/view.php?id=4294) talks about the design elements of creating a virtual assistant and goes beyond the software side. It's about personas for virtual assistants and the use of language when designing conversations.
