Good evening,

I am with the following issue, my dev machine is properly identified as "IBM TM1 non-Prod" - VPC - Charged

But my prod is showing as:

"IBM TM1 Client" (wrong) - VPC - Not charged (Also wrong)

Could somebody advice on how to make it detect properly?

I already tried to force some new scans, reupdate the result, remove and re add the machine.

But it always shows as a client and as an uncharged component

What you mean by identified?

I assume the TM1 client is discovered. How looks its bundling?

Please check LMT Software Classification panel and re-assign component to proper product if wrong. Set charged relation if required.

I mean the Component Name is wrong (showing TM1 client where is not a client)

The Product Name I changed manually to the proper option, however is still not showing as charged and not appearing on Reports --> All Metrics

The component name is what was discovered. If you expect to see other component, you have to check if its signature is deployed on filesystem.

Also, if you want to see product on report, ensure the component to product relation is set to charge. Double-check the assignment in Software Classification panel, chose "Charged" field to display.
