Update HACMP Communication Interface with Operating System Settings

    It's in the fast path,

    cm_config_hacmp_communication_interfaces_devices_menu_dmn

Which I admit, isn't that fast!

Extened Topology Config, Configure HACMP Communication Interfaces/Devices,

Here's the help on that function,

This utility requires the cluster manager to be down to run.
It is to be used whenever changes are manually made by the
cluster administrator to the underlying operating system
configuration of the mapping of a network interface to an
IP Label/Address. This could happen when the nameserver or
hosts file has been modified. This utility makes the change
    known to HACMP.
