Hi all
I was wondering where the default email template used for alerting is kept. I need to modify to remove the ------ characters at start.

Alternatively if you know a way to create a new template that applies to ALL rules this will be fine to.
From what I can see in doco you have to associate a template with every rule individually which is prohibitive and risky as people may forget to do it in future if more rules are added.

Hi, you have to loggin in MWS like sysadmin, then go to

Folders > Administrative Folders > Administration Dashboard > User Interface > Skin Administration

There you can change or create a new.
