  • 1.  Change of Audit and Content Store

    Being on Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 we need to change the Audit and Content Store database reference.

    Looking at the IBM Cognos Configuration there are no entries for Logging/Database/Audit Store and Data Access/Content Managet/Content Store !!!

    Where can I find these?

    Hi Dagur,

    the db connections are located in Cognos Configuration:
    Can it be that you have started Cognos Configuration from a different installation where no dispatcher and content manager is installed?

    Hi Robert, found out that we had two installations of Cognos Configuration since upgrading from version 10 to 11. Once I started the current version all parameters where there. Thanks for the tip !

    Hi Dagur,

    just in case you have a distributed installation, the audit-db needs to be configured on all dispatchers. 

    Otherwise tasks from dispatchers without audit-db configuration will not be written to audit-db.
