I’ve been trying to install centrasite for 2 days now, still getting the same message:

Registry Could not be Started.

I tried installing it over and over again getting the same message.

Also I installed the System Management Hub seperately. It gives me a login page, and I do not know what login details to enter.

any help would be highly appreciated.

Login information for system management hub is your normal operating systems login and password. Once logged in, check the job log for a more detailed error message (or try to start the registry from System management Hub and look at the errorw reported)

Yes, I was able to log in to the “System Management Hub”.

But after than when I ran setup.exe under INM directory I am getting,

“The Centrasite Repository Database Could not be Created. Centrasite installation will terminate now.”

then once I press okay, the entire installation is rolled back.

Please note that I started with the main “setup.exe” and got the same “database couldn’t be created” message.

Then I installed the Service Management Hub seperately, using setup.exe ARG directory.

Next I ran setup.exe under INM directory.

reinstalling windows allowed me to install centrasite properly.

I guess there was an application conflict.
