Does anyone know if the Case Packager Plugin is still available and if it is supported with BAW 20.0.0.2 for traditional case manager solutions?

The article in the link talks about them but the download links are a dead end.

    Hi Chuck,

I just performed a smoke test on a BAW 20.0.0.2 system (traditionally deployed) and it seems that the case packager is part of the standard deployment and is working as expected.
In order to test it, you can add the "Create Package" or "Create Default Package" options to either the Case or Work Toolbar. This will then launch the wizard which helps you to create the package. Alternatively, you can of course use the appropriate operation from the CaseOperations component in order to create a case package from a system workflow step.
You can also search the BAW documentation for "Case Packager" which will return additional information.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,
    Michael

    Hi Chuck.

The case packager is supported as before as was rolled into the actual product a few releases back.

It is available as an action tat can be added as a button to the Case Details Toolbar widget allowing the user to invoke it.

It is also available as a case component operation from FileNet processes associate with case activities.

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/20.x?topic=process-createcasepackage-operation

In BAW, it is also available in the new parentCase JavaScript API that can be called from BAW processes associated with case activities so it can be called programatically from there in a similar way to how you would call a case component step from a FileNet process.
