    Hi,

    I’m not able to suspend document retrieval in webMethods messaging trigger for local publishing. I’ve tried to suspend using the service pub.trigger:suspendRetrieval but jnot sure why I can’t disable retrieval state.

    I can’t change anything in trigger properties except Queue Capacity, Queue Refill Level, Max Execution Threads

    Do I need to change any settings in IS to enable document retrieval state modification?
