check the input you specified in your process model and ensure the incoming document, should be same as the document that you submitted.

If you add more details about your problem, like what modules you are using and what are you exactly trying to do, you might attract more help from people who worked in that particlar area.

Also search in advantage forums. The closest ticket found, with the exact callstack, has a resolution to “enable the process model in monitor”. May or may not apply to you.

when i import pip module(eg 7c8),document type was added two document type.

i have question.
Is second document type for TN?,
if it is right, do you know why they inserted special character( eg “.”)
if it added “.” , modeler can’t set to subscribe document.

is there any solution for upper problem?
