  • 1.  Can't find SRMTKTEMPLTOS Object Structure in MAS as it exists in 7.6

    I'm trying to upload ticket templates in MAS Manage but i can't find the original object structure that exists in 7.6 Maximo SRMTKTEMPLTOS so i created a custom one,

    I made sure of the import export, object authorization, alias conflict, and include exclude, but it always give me mbo fetch database error with code 0 when i import more than 1 record and if upload 1 record it accepts it fine 

    any help ?
