    Hi,

    We get the SnapshotDoesNotExistExcepation again when BAW will send an e-mail (we suppose, a task e-mail).

    The task ID is always incremented. It has no effect when we delete all process instances, or delete all records from every LSW_TASK* table. These tables are refilled again and again. This drives us crazy, because we cannot use the sysout.log: BAW continuously writes an exception to the log file in every 1-2-5 seconds or when something happens in the system.

    Is there any solution for this or we should reinstall BAW and restore our applications from the twx files?

    Typical error log:

    [2022.06.07. 17:54:45:382 CEST] 0003518b Engine E CWLLG0181E: The following error occured in task 23,328,944: null
    com.lombardisoftware.server.emailnotification.SnapshotDoesNotExistException
    at com.lombardisoftware.server.emailnotification.EmailNotificationHandler.handleAsyncMailNotification(EmailNotificationHandler.java:113)

    but some other errors are logged mentioning the same task ID.

    So, is there any solution to stop this?

    Probably you need to raise a PMR with IBM for this.
