Hi Nayer
Yes, I do definitely see this message: ZWES1014I ZIS status - 'Ok' (name='ZWESIS_STD ', cmsRC='0', description='Ok', clientVersion='2') .
According to TSO NETSTAT, ports 8544 (ZWE1DS1), 8542 (ZWE1SZ1), 8548 (ZWE1UD), 8546 (ZWE1UJ) and 8550 (ZWE1UU) are listening. But port 7544 (default Gateway port) is not listening.
I also see these messages in the output:
ZWESVUSR CRITICAL (_zsf.bootstrap,plugin-loader.js:927) connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:7554
ZWESVUSR CRITICAL (_zsf.bootstrap,plugin-loader.js:959) connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:7554
APML services aren't starting up.

Hi Claire,
Based on your description it sounds like you have this message for cross-memory server communication with zLUX:
ZIS status - 'Ok' (name='ZWESIS_02 ', cmsRC='0', description='Ok', clientVersion='2')
Could you please check if all Zowe ports are listening, and if APIML services are started? You should search for these three messages:
ZWEAM000I Discovery Service started in 35.227 seconds
ZWEAM000I Gateway Service started in 36.723 seconds
ZWEAM000I API Catalog Service started in 36.348 seconds
Thanks and Regards,
Nayer

Subject: Cannot log in to the Zowe Desktop
Hi
Attempting to log in to the Zowe desktop is resulting in the "Authentication failed for 3 types: Types: ["saf","apiml","zss"]" message.
Working through the Troubleshoot Zowe Application Framework steps, we have confirmed that the ZSS server does appear to be able to communicate with X-MEM, and ZLUX does appear to be able to communicate with zssServer.
Trying to confirm if ZLUX is able to communicate with the API mediation layer by visiting https://<your-zowe-host>:<gateway-port>
returns "Unable to connect".
Looking in STDOUT for the ZWESVSTC task does show some errors indicating the Eureka connection is refused.
Can you advise on logging or debug details we can review to identify the cause?
Thanks
Claire
