    The HACMP version has no influence on the TSM version.

    That is not totally true. I had problems with HACMP 5.4.0 and TSM 5.4. I had to get an APAR for HACMP to resolve the issue. But your point is still valid, I really doubt that TSM v3 will work in the new environment.
