Hello all,
Thanks for your help.
Trevor I was using the CAMIDs as this is what I had experience with previously a long time ago with 10.2.
I have managed to resolve the issue by adding an email address field to the users table in the data warehouse, then changing the burst settings to use this field rather than Directory entities/CAMID.
This actually made the task easier as I didn't need to go through the process of getting Cognos user CAMIDs one by one from the Admin consol.
I've included a screen shot of my report burst settings just in case anyone else has the same issue.

Hi Jonathan. I've reproduced this issue when using the CAMID. I will discuss this with development.
As an aside. Using the straight email address doesn't show this behavior unless I set the RSVP.USE_EMAIL_TO_RECIPIENTS_ON_BURST to True. Setting it to False make no difference in either scenario.

Using CA 11.1.3
I have created a simple report that bursts to employees using the CAMID.
The emails are being sent correctly and the data in the report filtered correctly.
My issue is that I am being added as another recipent to every single bursted version. So if I went live with it, would recieve 45 separate emails everytime the job runs.
I have looked through a lot of options both in the new interface and the 'classic' view but cant seem to see why this is happening or how to stop it.
Help!
