Thank you Chris.
I did try to check the Admin API but could not find any api that can help me to get this functionality. So basically there is no way to automate the creation of blogs or just a page which copies from some location. I was trying to avoid of any admin login and doing this this as like publishing a blog will be continuous task.
Any out of box suggestions. So my use case is I want to create some release notes on the portal for the consumer to see and I don't want manually this to be created.
Where can I raise the RFE, could you please provide me this info.
And on the admin api, how do we get the credential, I was able to do for Provider/Consumer but I don't see documentation for Admin api. I did see some links from Nick Cawood which helped me for Provider/Consumer but same does not work for Admin.

You can't.
The providerAPI operates on provider objects in api manager and it knows nothing about content in the drupal developer portal.
There is a portaladmin api that lets you do some operations in the portal but there's not a rest api to create content like that, I'm afraid that's not how drupal works. You might be in RFE territory.
