Does anyone know what would cause the Trigger Mangement screen to be blank in the Admin Console?
Only a long red outlined box spanning the page is dispalayed.
I’m running 6.5 SP2 publishing locally with no Broker.

My guess is, as the triggers are meant to be local triggers, it doesn’t appear over there… In general, broker triggers will appear with its connected state by referring the broker trigger client queue that is created in broker.
