    I have been trying to access the best practices document in the IBM technote link below but couldn't get to the community page since it has been moved to the new forum.

    I just had a look at that page, and I could download the attachment if I right-clicked the link and selected "Open link in new tab". In case that doesn't work for you, I've attached a copy of the PDF.
