For a customer we have to upgrade Maximo to MAS.

The base language of this MX 7.6 environment is Dutch.
And as somebody on the project team told me we have to change the Base language of Maximo 7.6 from Dutch to English.

The problem is, there is over 15 years of changes in Maximo with all kinds of Dutch conditions.
Now the "english base language" is applied to the development environment and the upgrade did change more than expected.

So basically we now have a DUNGLISH (Dutch English) environment and a lot of problems are popping up.

Is English base language mandatory for upgrading to MAS? 

I did read something about that after a upgrade you can change the base language back to Dutch.
Does anyone know this? Or is there somekind of documentation about changing the base language?

A little addition.... As I understand it's for the apppoint calculator.
This calculator cannot function when there is a non English base language.
